Regulars "recommend" these two "waterfront" towers that share the same restaurant, pool and location "at the heart of Downtown nightlife" with "excellent views of the bay"; there's a staff that's "concerned about your stay", "comfy" bedding with "plenty of pillows" and a strong kids' program, so it's easy to overlook negative detials like "dated drapes and furniture"; N.B. Marina Tower accommodations were remodeled more recently.

Friendly and courteous front desk.
Did not like paying for parking.
Checking was quick and easy, with a courteous front desk. Room was great. The only drawback was having to pay for parking. Charge enough for the room...why for parking?

The staff was friendly and helpful without seeming overpowering or fake.
Turn down service was unnerving we weren't expecting the routine and procedure.
Very clean, beautiful comfortable rooms. View of the ocean and other sites. The staff from the front desk to the maintenance and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip. ...read more

The bed was comfortable.
The balcony was locked and you couldn't go out.
The first room they put us in, was dirty. The trash hadn't been emptied and the bed had nasty hairs,etc all over it. The second room was better but inconvenient to have to move.

I liked the swimming pool. It was fun, however the indoor pool was so cold my son got sick.
The pillows were uncomfortable, no microwave, no internet connections, restaurants were a long distance away. I felt the parking is unsafe.
The Omni Marina is a fair hotel to stay in. The swimming pool is very nice.

The service was first rate
the facilities were prime and the hotel staff very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends every day of the week and twice on Sunday!!
